Return policy from popular brands
I would like to talk about the return policy from some popular brand. Actually they are a little bit different even overall they are all good.
Patagonia
I actually would say Patagonia has the best return policy. Both new and sale items can be returned without a set time limit. It just suggests that if you return because of the fit or color it would recommend to return in a timely matter and keep in new condition with tags. The thing is it’s just recommendation and you can always choose other reason to return (Admit it, many people do that..)
Patagonia has a separate site Worn Wear which has separate flow to return but if I don’t remember it wrong it just need $7.5 for return shipping fee. All others are same.

Regular Store: Free return in 30 days.
Outlet: No return except for damaged or wrong items.

Regular&Sales: Free return in 60 days. The good thing for it is the return shipping label has been included in the package itself. You don’t need to bother to go to online and print the shipping label again.
Renewed (Used): Free return within 14 days.

It turns out Arc’Teryx cannot return if it’s outlet.. This is bad.

Patagonia’s return policy I feel it’s very friendly. You can return anythings including final sales and the used. And you can return after months! Only thing you need to do is the shipping fee ($7?). One trivya is even you return the second day you need to pay the shipping but I think it’s reasonable and I personal really like their policy.

Actually it’s two years, I may try to return my jacket after one year and see what would happen. lol.
